Benefits of Yoga Classes

There are advantages to taking part in any fitness classes. If you're specifically looking for an exercise class that will lower your stress levels and leave you feeling centred, yoga could be the perfect choice. Physical benefits of yoga include helping to boost the immune system, encouraging better posture, and helping to increase range of motion and general flexibility. And alongside these physical benefits, there are numerous mental and emotional benefits to yoga, such as the opportunity to meet new people and develop friendships, and the calming effect of connecting breath to movement. You'll leave our yoga classes feeling both relaxed and energised.

Yoga is a holistic form of exercise, linking mind, body and spirit. Pilates is more explicitly fitness-focused, although the emphasis on breathwork can still help calm the mind and reduce stress
