HIIT Classes

HIIT (high intensity interval training) sessions are the perfect option for anyone looking for a fast-paced, challenging workout. During any HIIT class you’ll perform several different exercises to work your whole body, rotating between spells of intense work and periods of rest to catch your breath and recover.

Our newest HIIT class, BLAZE, combines cardiovascular training with strength and combat skills to give a challenging workout in a purpose-built studio. Available at both Harbour Club Kensington and Harbour Club Chelsea, the class theme is frequently updated to ensure you’re kept on your toes.

We also have other HIIT options to get involved in. Our standard HIIT classes use a range of fitness equipment and various exercises to get your heart rate rising. You’ll feel fitter, stronger and leaner in no time.

Yoga & Pilates Classes

If you’re looking for fitness classes that are designed to boost your flexibility, calm the mind and develop a strong, stable core, our range of yoga and Pilates classes could be just what you need.

Pilates sessions concentrate on measured movements that will help build strong, lean muscles whilst improving your posture and suppleness. What’s more, our Reformer Pilates studios host specialist sessions to further enhance your Pilates experience. Here, you’ll perform a range of exercises that involve increased resistance provided by a specialist frame, helping to increase your range of motion and general flexibility.

Our Mind and Body studios also form the perfect environment for yoga classes. Expert yoga instructors will guide you through sessions which concentrate on bringing balance and harmony to both body and mind via a range of postures and breathing techniques. They can help to boost the immune system and encourage better posture alignment, leaving you feeling relaxed and energised.

Group Cycling Classes

Our varied range of group cycling classes are the ideal way to get fit on two wheels all year round. With purpose-built studios complete with cutting-edge Stages bikes, our range of instructor-led and virtual classes give you every incentive to get in the saddle.

If you’re keen to boost your cycling performance, our Cyclone classes are just the ticket, as you'll test your pedalling power across rides that include segments of sprints and endurance, with all of your key stats displayed on an interactive screen as you ride.

Or, if you're looking for a unique cycling experience that works your whole body, try Rhythm, which blends cycling with upper body weight training in a vibrant, fun environment.

Booking Exercise Classes

Most of our classes are included in the price of your membership. You can view the group exercise timetable for each of our clubs online, or via the Harbour Club mobile app. Find a club to get started.

Booking onto your preferred class is simple too, and can be done either online, via the app or in person at the club.

As a member, there’s no commitment or limit on the number of classes you can attend either – so if you want to vary your routine by doing your favourite Cycling class one week, BLAZE the next and some Pilates the week after, go for it!
