We have recently transformed and upgraded our exercise studios. Spacious and stylish with modern lighting effects, your workout will be truly enhanced by your surroundings. We have also introduced a brand new Blaze studio - the latest HIIT trend that combines cardio, strength and combat training.

Yoga at David Lloyd

Yoga

Designed around exercises developed over thousands of years, our yoga sessions work to improve balance, flexibility and strength through a sequence of postures and breathing techniques. Experience multiple health benefits including improved flexibility, greater muscle strength, increased blood flow, improved bone strength, and better mental wellbeing.

Blaze

Blaze is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) programme that provides a unique combination of cardiovascular, strength and combat training all under the watchful eye of a cutting-edge heart rate monitoring technology system. Pilates class

Pilates

Strengthen your core and help prevent injury with Pilates at Harbour Club Chelsea. Using slow and measured movements to target the muscles around the core, you will learn new positions and exercises along with correct breathing techniques to aid your practice. You can choose between a calming holistic mat session in our elegant Mind & Body studio, or a slightly more intense session in our Reformer Pilates studio.

Rhythm

A revolutionary new cycle class to work your body and free your mind. With our motivating instructors and inspiring playlists, you'll experience an immersive workout that tunes your muscles and unlocks your emotions. In each 45 or 60 minute class, you'll ride to the beat whilst living in the moment and being at one with your feelings. Sharing this experience with your fellow riders will make you work harder, feel stronger and leave ready to take on the world.
