With four studios, 90 classes each week and expert instructors, our members love the variety of group exercise classes at Harbour Club Chelsea. And there really is a great selection of different sessions to try – from holistic classes like Pilates and yoga, to high intensity sessions like HIIT, BODYPUMPand lots more. And then there’s our favourite… JUMP. It’s a total body workout on a rebounding mini trampoline. The classes are really high energy and have choreographed, aerobic movements to some really upbeat music. You’ll be hooked as soon as you try it!

Yoga in Chelsea

Experience the physical and mental benefits of yoga at our Chelsea Harbour Club. With a large number of sessions held throughout the week, including hot yoga a couple of times a week too, you get to choose exactly when to have some valuable ‘me-time.’

Designed around exercises developed over thousands of years, these sessions work to improve balance, flexibility and strength through a sequence of postures and breathing techniques. Experience multiple health benefits, including improved flexibility, greater muscle strength, increased blood flow and improved bone strength.


Pilates in Chelsea

Strengthen your core and help prevent injury with Pilates at Chelsea Harbour Club. Using slow and measured movements to target and build-up the muscles around the core, you will learn new positions and exercises, along with the correct breathing techniques to aid your practice.

Unwind with a holistic mat session in our beautiful Mind & Body studio, or try a slightly more intense session in our Reformer Pilates studio. Offering brilliant sessions that focus on core strength and promote balanced muscle development, try a Pilates class now at Chelsea Harbour Club.

A revolutionary new cycle class to work your body and free your mind. With our awesome instructors and inspiring playlists, you'll experience an immersive workout that tunes your muscles and unlocks your emotions.

In each 45 or 60 minute class, you'll ride to the beat whilst living in the moment and being at one with your feelings. Sharing this experience with your fellow riders will make you work harder, feel stronger and leave ready to take on the world!

Group Exercise at Harbour Club Chelsea

We have four lovely studios for you to workout in – each dedicated to a different exercise approach. Group Cycling is the perfect place to work up a sweat with instructor-lead and virtual sessions. The High Energy studio offers some really intense classes that will challenge you. Our Mind & Body studio is the perfect place to unwind with a holistic session. Plus, our Reformer Pilates studio offers brilliant classes that focus on core strength and promote balanced muscle development. With such great facilities, it’s no surprise that group exercise classes here at Harbour Club Chelsea are very popular with our members. The instructors are the best in the area and know our members and what they expect from a class really well.
