Blaze is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that combines cardio, strength, boxing and martial art skills. Housing Woodway treadmills, bespoke weight benches and suspended punch and core bags for mixed martial arts, Blaze offers a full body-workout like no other.
Music specially mixed by top DJs and flashing lights will ensure you stay pumped throughout the 3 rounds of intense activity.
With a handy MyZone heart rate monitor you’ll be able to see just how hard you’re working! Statistics from all participants in the class will appear on the screen – the red zone (fat burning) is where you want to be – so you could even add some healthy competition to the mix!
