We have three group exercise studios for you to work out in here at Harbour Club Notting Hill. Each of the three focuses on a specific exercise approach. In our Group Cycling studio we run a selection of instructor-led classes, as well as Les Mills and Sufferfest virtual sessions. Our High Impact studio focuses on working up a sweat by combining high intensity, and weight training classes like BODYPUMP™ and Total Conditioning. Then there’s our Mind & Body studio where we run holistic sessions that will build up your strength and flexibility. There is so much variety, you’ll love working out here.
