Iyengar Yoga

Incorporating a range of props including belts, blocks, and blankets, Inyengar Yoga includes performing postures with special attention paid to detail and a focus on precise body alignment. A more advanced form of yoga, we recommend this class for members that are experienced in their practice.

Ashtanga Yoga

This intense yoga class focuses on breath control and posture, with an emphasis placed on sense control, concentration, meditation and absorption. Ashtanga yoga provides the perfect balance between getting a sweat on, and leaving feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Flow Yoga

Relaxation is absolutely key in this session. A soft, flowing class in which you move calmly between positions to create harmony between body and mind. Immerse yourself in a deep state of relaxation.
