If you've not heard of PRAMA before then picture this - a giant interactive space (floor and walls!), with flashing lights and music. In the space there are families all working out together in a fun, team-building way. That's PRAMA! It's a high-tech interactive area that uses lighting and sound to create a really unique workout for you and the family. Pilates in Kensington

With a focus on building core strength while improving posture, balance and flexibility, Pilates sessions at the Kensington Harbour Club are designed to concentrate on slow and measured movements in order to create lean and stronger muscles around your torso. A gentle but highly effective class for all levels of participant.

Reformer Pilates

Different from our mat-based studio Pilates classes, Reformer Pilates is done using the Pilates reformer machine to add extra resistance and provide a more intense workout. Develop control, stability and strength with both beginner and intermediate classes throughout the week, and work your way up as you progress.

Rhythm

A revolutionary new cycle class to work your body and free your mind. With our awesome instructors and inspiring playlists, you'll experience an immersive workout that tunes your muscles and unlocks your emotions.

In each 45 or 60 minute class, you'll ride to the beat whilst living in the moment and being at one with your feelings. Sharing this experience with your fellow riders will make you work harder, feel stronger and leave ready to take on the world!

Ever found yourself growing tired of the same workout, week in, week out? That isn't a problem for members at the fantastic Harbour Club Kensington. With six top of the range group training studios for our members to enjoy, plus a SYRNGY360 group training area, there is so much variety. You'll never run out of new things to try!

In the High Impact studio you can let off some steam in Barre, Dance and Les Mills classes. Work up a sweat in the Group Cycling studio with instructor-led and virtual classes too. Mind & Body is all about low impact sessions that work on strength and flexibility. BLAZE is a boutique high intensity interval training area with the latest heart rate monitors. PRAMA offers an interactive workout for you and the family. The SYNRGY360 group training area is a playground for functional training. And then there’s Reformer Pilates – taking Pilates to a whole new level. So much choice. On your doorstep.
